For Laufey's "Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town," we handled the entire production ourselves direction, storyboard, art direction, puppets, miniatures, sets, props, filming, and editing, all under one roof.

Diving fully into the Christmas spirit, we built a warm, handcrafted world frame by frame to match the joy and nostalgia of the song itself. And while filming was still underway, we cut a separate edit specifically for a Times Square screening, turning production and delivery into parallel processes rather than waiting until the shoot wrapped to start finishing the piece.

The result struck a chord well beyond what any of us expected: the video went on to rack up millions of views and drew coverage across multiple outlets online.

It's a project that shows what's possible when a studio owns every stage of a piece, start to finish and a reminder that craft, given the right song and the right moment, can travel further than you ever plan for.
